By accessing or using AI Vinesland ("the Platform"), operated by AI Vinesland Ltd., you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.
AI Vinesland is an AI-powered B2B platform connecting participants across the global wine supply chain — including wineries, importers, distributors, logistics providers, and professional service providers. The Platform provides intelligent matching, digital showrooms, container sharing coordination, and AI-assisted tools.
To use the Platform, you must register an account with accurate, current information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities under your account.
You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to enter into these Terms on behalf of yourself or your organization.
The Platform offers Free, Basic, Pro, and Elite tiers. Feature availability and usage quotas vary by plan. Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually through our payment partner (Airwallex).
You may cancel at any time. Refunds are subject to our Refund Policy. Plan features and pricing may change with 30 days' notice.
You retain ownership of content you submit (showroom data, product descriptions, images). By posting, you grant AI Vinesland a non-exclusive, worldwide license to display and use this content for Platform operations.
You agree not to post misleading, illegal, or infringing content, or to use the Platform for unauthorized purposes including data scraping, spam, or fraud.
AI-generated content (from Vino, Match, Biz, Poly, Art agents) is provided for informational purposes only. AI Vinesland does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of AI outputs. Users should independently verify information before making business decisions.
The Platform, including its design, code, AI models, and brand assets, is owned by AI Vinesland Ltd. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Platform without written permission.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AI Vinesland shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to lost profits, business opportunities, or data.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in Hong Kong under HKIAC rules.
